How it works

A discovery session allows both the client and the coach the opportunity to get to know one another, and decide on the best way forward. These sessions take place before your first coaching session and often last around 20 minutes.

Still deciding what you need in order to make a change in your life? These sessions are designed to make an impact in a short period of time. Sessions last for 90 minutes and are tailored to a short term goal.

I have found that 8 sessions of coaching is the coaching sweet spot where individuals will truly experience significant change. Each session in this course lasts for 90 minutes, and we will meet every few weeks to suit your schedule.
